1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy Policy describes the acceptable and prohibited use of the Campus Jadugar platform and related Services provided by Infosolz Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. Infosolz, Company, we, our, or us.

Campus Jadugar is a Smart Campus ERP Platform designed exclusively for educational institutions. This Policy establishes the standards of responsible and secure use expected from all subscribing Institutions and their Authorized Users while accessing the Services.

This Policy applies to the use of Campus Jadugar through the official website, web applications, mobile applications, APIs, AI-enabled features, integrations, and other related Services provided by the Company.

This Policy should be read together with the Campus Jadugar Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Account Deletion Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, the applicable provisions of those documents shall prevail where relevant.

By accessing or using the Services, the subscribing Institution and all Authorized Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all Authorized Users of Campus Jadugar, including but not limited to:

  • Institution Administrators
  • Faculty Members
  • Employees
  • Students
  • Parents or Guardians
  • Alumni
  • Placement Partners and Recruiters
  • External Assessors
  • Vendors and Consultants where authorized by the Institution
  • Any other users granted access by a subscribing Institution

This Policy applies to all modules, features, services, data, communications, and digital resources made available through the Campus Jadugar platform, regardless of whether they are accessed via a web browser, mobile application, or any other supported interface.

3. Acceptable Use

Authorized Users shall use Campus Jadugar only for legitimate educational, academic, administrative, financial, research, placement, communication, and institutional purposes as authorized by the subscribing Institution.

Users are expected to:

  • Use only their assigned user account and authorized access credentials.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of usernames, passwords, and authentication information.
  • Keep personal and institutional information accurate and up to date.
  • Protect the confidentiality of institutional information and personal data accessed through the Services.
  • Use AI-assisted features responsibly and review generated outputs before relying upon them for official academic or administrative purposes.
  • Respect the privacy, security, and rights of other users.
  • Comply with applicable laws, institutional regulations, and Company policies.
  • Promptly report suspected security incidents, unauthorized access, or misuse to the Institution Administrator.

4. Prohibited Activities

Authorized Users shall not:

  • Access or attempt to access any account, system, module, or information without proper authorization.
  • Share login credentials or permit another individual to use their account.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with authentication mechanisms, security controls, or access restrictions.
  • Upload, distribute, or transmit malware, ransomware, viruses, malicious code, or any material intended to compromise the Services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, scripts, or scraping technologies to access or extract information without the Company's prior written authorization.
  • Upload or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or infringing content.
  • Misrepresent their identity or impersonate another individual, Institution, or organization.
  • Use the Services for activities that violate applicable laws, institutional policies, or the rights of other users.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation, security, or availability of the Services.

5. Responsible Use of AI Features

Where AI-powered features are available within Campus Jadugar, they are intended to assist Institutions and Authorized Users in academic, administrative, and operational activities.

Authorized Users shall:

  • Review and validate AI-generated outputs before using them for official purposes.
  • Exercise appropriate professional and academic judgment when relying on AI-assisted recommendations.
  • Ensure that AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, institutional regulations, and academic integrity requirements.

Authorized Users shall not:

  • Use AI features to generate unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to manipulate AI features in a manner that compromises the integrity, security, or intended operation of the Services.
  • Represent AI-generated outputs as verified institutional records without appropriate human review and approval.

The subscribing Institution remains responsible for determining how AI-assisted outputs are reviewed, approved, and used within its academic and administrative processes.

6. Security Responsibilities

Protecting the security of Campus Jadugar is a shared responsibility between the Company, the subscribing Institution, and all Authorized Users.

The Company is responsible for implementing commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect the Services and Customer Data.

The subscribing Institution is responsible for:

  • Managing user accounts and access permissions.
  • Assigning appropriate user roles and privileges.
  • Promptly disabling access for users who no longer require the Services.
  • Ensuring compliance with institutional information security policies.
  • Providing appropriate cybersecurity awareness to Authorized Users.
  • Reporting security incidents or suspected breaches to the Company without undue delay.

Authorized Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Using secure devices and trusted networks whenever reasonably possible.
  • Logging out after completing their session, particularly on shared devices.
  • Immediately notifying the Institution Administrator of any suspected unauthorized access or compromise of their account.
  • Protecting confidential institutional information accessed through the Services.

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

To protect the security, availability, and integrity of the Services, the Company may monitor the operation and use of the platform to the extent reasonably necessary for:

  • Maintaining system security.
  • Detecting unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
  • Preventing fraud, abuse, or misuse.
  • Investigating security incidents.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, contractual obligations, and Company policies.
  • Maintaining system performance and operational reliability.

Such monitoring shall be conducted in accordance with the Campus Jadugar Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

The Company does not monitor the academic or administrative content of Institutions except where necessary for technical support, security, legal compliance, or where expressly authorized by the Institution.

8. Reporting Violations

Any Authorized User who becomes aware of a suspected violation of this Policy, unauthorized access, security incident, or misuse of the Services should promptly report the matter to the respective Institution Administrator.

Institutions may report significant security incidents or policy violations to the Company through the official support channels.

The Company may investigate reported incidents where necessary and cooperate with the Institution in resolving security, operational, or compliance-related issues.

9. Consequences of Violations

Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, depending on the nature and severity of the violation:

  • Warning or advisory notice.
  • Temporary restriction of access.
  • Suspension of user privileges.
  • Permanent removal of access by the Institution.
  • Suspension of Services where necessary to protect the platform or other customers.
  • Investigation by the Company and the subscribing Institution.
  • Reporting to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.
  • Any other action permitted under the Campus Jadugar Terms & Conditions, applicable agreements, or applicable laws.

The Company reserves the right to take immediate action where necessary to protect the security, integrity, availability, or lawful operation of the Services.

10. Changes to this Policy

The Company may revise or update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, technology, security practices, business operations, or the Services.

The latest version of this Policy will be published on the official Campus Jadugar website together with the revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Services after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Campus Jadugar, the subscribing Institution and all Authorized Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services, together with any other action permitted under the Campus Jadugar Terms & Conditions, applicable commercial agreements, and applicable laws.
